Michele Bozza Norton



Ms. Norton has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare across many facets of the industry including health systems, providers, ACOs and payer organizations. She brings considerable experience and expertise in product strategy and optimization of clinical technology solutions and services. As the SVP of Marketing at SCIO Health Analytics®, she oversees strategic marketing and sales support initiatives across multiple lines of business to drive growth, profitability and market awareness. She works with members of the C-suite at client and partner organizations to disseminate their success and measurable outcomes related to leveraging analytics and HIT for care and reimbursement optimization. She also works closely with business partners and industry organizations to develop and execute channel strategy and thought leadership programs to gain both market and mindshare.

Prior to joining SCIO, Ms. Norton was the Director, Product Marketing and Strategy at Zynx Health Incorporated, a subsidiary of the Hearst Corporation. She also spent over 12 years with McKesson Corporation leading marketing and product strategy for the Horizon Clinical product suite. Her past experiences as a nurse leader and clinical informatics executive provide her with a unique perspective on the impact information technology can have on care quality and outcomes.

She has lectured and published nationally and internationally on a variety of subjects and is a member of several industry organizations including, HIMSS, NPSF, AONE, ANIA and past board member of CHIMSS and AMIA. She also holds an Adjunct Instructor position for the School of Nursing, Informatics Program at the University of Colorado at Denver Health Science Center.

Ms. Norton received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of Florida and her Masters of Science in Nursing with a healthcare informatics specialty from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver.
